The importance of experiencing CONTRAST and WHY you need to experience things you don’t want….

Chances are, you’ve manifested things into your life you HAVEN’T wanted to

Whether you’ve experienced some sort of emotional pain or trauma, have found yourself in financial distress, spent years in a career that doesn’t serve you or had a string of terrible relationships…..we all have things or moments in our life we would rather leave behind.

But these experiences are what SHAPE us. It’s these experiences that often help us become the women we need to be to get us to where we want to go. It’s these experiences that also help us get clarity on our true desires.

Knowing what you really want in life often comes off the back of recognising what you DON”T want and experiencing this contrast is incredibly important in the act of manifesting. When things are easy/safe/secure/comfortable it’s easy to stay stuck….to stay within that comfort zone.

But experiencing something we really DON’T want is often the catalyst we need to propel us into taking action.
